Jason found a recipe for tamales in this months Texas Monthly so of course we had to try it. We love tamales and are very happy to know that we can make our own. They turned out so tasty!
I can testify that even though they look a little bit like baby poo - they tasted awesome!!! I say more lard next time - I mean, can you ever really have enough?
