Rhett wanted to be a fireman with smoke for Halloween, which we finally figured out meant he wanted to have a fire extinguisher with his costume. He was so excited about getting to finally put the whole costume on and prowl the streets for CANDY!

rake n' bake and i helped

Today Rhett, Brooke, Heather and I got together to get all of the deserts ready for our Halloween party. The kids did such a good job helping out and sneaking pieces of chocolate every time we turned around. After our friends went back home Rhett and I headed outside to clean up the backyard. I was sweeping off the deck and Rhett kept picking up the rake and so I finally said, Go ahead and start raking the leaves for me, and this is what he did. I guess I was supposed to be specific about which leaves to rake. I laughed so hard at this.

pumpkin patch

Rhett and I went to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins for our Halloween party. He was so excited to pick them out all by himself. I think he did a great job on these two.

auntie jen

Auntie Jen came to spend the night with us. Rhett loves when she comes over to play with him. When it was time for her to leave the next morning he sat at the bottom of the stairs and cried. He wasn't going to make it easy for her to leave at all.

new robe

Rhett grew out of his robe so we let him pick one out of a catalog and we ordered it with his name on it. He was so excited waiting for the mail every day until it finally came in today!

brooke's birthday

Today was Rhett's best girl's birthday party. All the kids had so much fun painting, reading and munching down on yummy cupcakes!

zoo boo

Today we went to Zoo Boo, Rhett LOVED seeing all the Halloween decorations all over the zoo and we just had a wonderful family day out together in the beautiful weather!

What would October be w/o breathing treatments??? Here we go again trying to deal with the change in seasons.

bass pro shops playdate

Our Bass Pro Shops had its grand Opening today and we decided to go to enjoy the festivities. One of Rhett's girlfriends met us there and they had a blast checking out all the fish and playing in the race car!

aunt connie

Our Aunt Connie was passing through town on her way to a workshop and she and her co-worker, Vicki, were able to spend the night with us last night. Rhett had a wonderful time showing off all his tricks and dance moves. Thanks for coming to see us and please come again anytime...that is if you can handle his mad dance skills!!!
